Job Summary

We are seeking an AI & Copilot Solutions Architect to design and implement intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and OpenAI technologies. You will work closely with business teams and developers to build AI-driven applications that enhance user experience and automate complex processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and OpenAI

   

• Define architecture for LLM-based applications and intelligent workflows

   

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and opportunities

   

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions

   

• Guide development teams on AI implementation and best practices

   

• Integrate AI solutions with Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems

   

• Monitor and optimize AI model performance and outputs

   

• Ensure responsible AI practices and governance

   

• Stay updated with advancements in AI, Copilot, and LLM technologies

   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with AI/ML concepts and OpenAI or similar platforms

   

• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-driven solution design

   

• Experience in building intelligent applications and automation workflows

   

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

   

• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI implementations

   

• Familiarity with data platforms and integrations

   

• Exposure to prompt engineering and LLM optimization

Experience

 6–8 years of experience in AI, data, or solution architecture roles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
