Assistant HR Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant HR Executive to support HR operations, onboarding processes, and employee data management. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR activities and maintain accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding processes and preparation of employee documentation
- Coordinate orientation sessions and new hire activities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Ensure completion of compliance and documentation requirements
- Support HR reporting including attendance, performance, and training data
- Assist in preparing reports and insights for management
- Ensure adherence to data confidentiality and HR policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR processes and operations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Familiarity with HR systems or tools

- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
