Job Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen DynaTech's corporate and employer brand across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline channels.

  • Plan and manage branding campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with content, digital marketing, sales, and HR teams to enhance corporate and employer branding.

  • Oversee website, social media, and marketing collateral to maintain brand consistency.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends.

  • Track campaign performance, brand awareness, and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 9–11 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in an IT Services, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or Microsoft Partner organization
