Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO to support financial process design, system configuration, and implementation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with SAP capabilities. This role is ideal for professionals with strong finance domain knowledge and system understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document SAP FICO requirements
- Analyze financial processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support configuration of FI and CO modules including GL, AP, AR, and Cost Centers
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows
- Assist in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations and solution alignment
- Support change management, user training, and adoption initiatives
- Maintain project documentation and track risks, issues, and progress
- Ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and governance policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and financial processes
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation
- Knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on SAP implementation or support projects
- Familiarity with integrations across SAP modules
- Exposure to testing methodologies and UAT coordination
- Experience in user training and change management
- Understanding of financial compliance and reporting standards
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO functional roles
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
