D365 CE
We are looking for a D365 CE Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of CRM solutions within Dynamics 365. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure system functionalities, and ensure effective delivery of customer engagement solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to CRM processes
Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
Support testing activities including unit testing and UAT
Identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements
Assist in data migration and system configuration activities
Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live
Create and maintain functional documentation
Stay updated with Dynamics 365 CE features and best practices
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM modules
Understanding of customer engagement processes and workflows
Experience in system configuration and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Experience with Power Platform tools
Exposure to integrations with external systems
4–6 years of experience in D365 CE functional roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
