Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMArchitect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable CRMsolutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will providetechnical and functional leadership, ensure best practices, and drivesuccessful implementations while collaborating with stakeholders, consultants,and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and solution strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions
- Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models
- Provide technical leadership to functional and development teams
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, and coding standards
- Review configurations, customizations, and integrations for quality and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM solutions with business processes
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design and effort estimation
- Oversee system performance, scalability, and security architecture
- Guide deployment, upgrades, and environment management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules)
- Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience designing integrations with external systems
- Knowledge of CRM architecture patterns, security models, and data management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience mentoring teams and leading solution delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Azure services and cloud architecture
- Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience
- 8+ years of CRM/ERP experience with at least 4+ years in architecture or senior consulting roles
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
