Lead architecture and solution strategy for enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. Drive scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions while guiding teams and influencing business outcomes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to design and lead enterprise CRM solutions that align with complex business needs. You will serve as the go-to expert for architecture strategy, best practices, and solution delivery—working closely with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to drive successful implementations.  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CRM architecture design, solution strategy, and technical leadership
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure CRM solutions
• Define integration patterns, data models, and system architecture
• Provide guidance to functional and development teams
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, governance, and design standards
• Review customizations, configurations, and integrations for quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with business processes
• Support presales through solutioning, documentation, and effort estimation
• Oversee system performance, scalability, and security
• Guide deployments, upgrades, and environment management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, CS, Marketing, Field Service)
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience designing integrations and enterprise-scale CRM architecture
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications
• Experience with Azure and cloud architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and enterprise deployment practices

Experience

•   8+ years in CRM/ERP with 4+ years in architecture or senior consulting roles

Education

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
