Job Summary

We are looking for a D365 CE / CRM Architect to design, lead, and implement customer engagement solutions within Dynamics 365. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to define system architecture, ensure seamless integrations, and deliver scalable, high-performing CRM solutions. This role requires deep platform expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and experience in enterprise CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions

     

  • Translate business requirements into scalable CRM system designs and configurations

     

  • Define customization, extension, and integration strategies across CRM modules

     

  • Lead architecture discussions and guide development and functional teams

     

  • Ensure seamless integration with external systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms

     

  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across environments

     

  • Participate in solution governance, design reviews, and risk assessments

     

  • Support testing, validation, and deployment processes

     

  • Stay updated with Dynamics 365 CE features, enhancements, and best practices

     

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing

     

  • Expertise in solution architecture and system design within CRM environments

     

  • Experience with integrations, APIs, plugins, and customization approaches

     

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

     

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

     

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate

     

  • Exposure to enterprise CRM implementations and multi-system integrations

     

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms and analytics tools

Experience

 8–12 years of experience in CRM implementations with a focus on architecture  

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
