Job Title: D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SCM Functional Consultant todesign, implement, and support Supply Chain Management solutions that alignwith business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely withstakeholders to analyze requirements, configure SCM modules, and ensureseamless system adoption and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory, warehouse management, and logistics
• Configure and implement SCM modules according to client needs and best practices
• Translate functional requirements into system configurations and documentation
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support during implementation
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience implementing SCM modules (ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in system testing, documentation, and user training

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP SCM certification
• Experience in multi-site or global implementations
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and compliance standards

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in SCM functional consulting or related ERP roles
