Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Executive – Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Conduct screening, assessments, and interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases
- Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring data
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate fit and manage hiring processes
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT or technical recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards
- Exposure to employer branding and talent marketing
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
