We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will own campaigns end-to-end — from audience setup and messaging to optimisation, reporting, and ROI improvement, especially for B2B, enterprise, and Microsoft Dynamics-focused offerings.
Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Website Traffic, ABM, Conversation Ads).
Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube – B2B focused).
Optimise campaigns based on CPL, CAC, CTR, and CVR.
Ensure high lead quality and pipeline impact.
Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocation.
Perform ad copy and creative testing.
Manage bid strategies and conversion tracking.
Execute ABM campaigns using target account lists and persona-based messaging.
Develop industry-specific creatives.
Collaborate with sales and content teams to align campaigns with GTM strategy.
Drive engagement across target accounts.
Track account-level engagement beyond just lead volume.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Practical experience with ABM campaigns.
Good understanding of B2B funnels, lead quality vs. lead volume, and enterprise buying cycles.
Experience with landing pages, forms, and CRM / marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.).
Experience in B2B SaaS / IT Services / Consulting.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics / ERP / CRM ecosystem
