Job Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Business Analyst – D365 F&O Finance Functional to support business analysis, system configuration, and implementation activities. You will work closely with senior consultants to learn financial modules and contribute to project delivery. This role is designed for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in ERP and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets
- Assist in requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Support preparation of business and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, etc.)
- Assist in system configuration and mapping business scenarios
- Participate in testing activities including UAT support
- Provide functional support and assist in user training sessions
- Collaborate with teams during implementation and support phases
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data handling standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn Dynamics 365 and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- Familiarity with ERP concepts or systems
- Exposure to business process documentation
- Strong interest in ERP consulting and functional roles
