Job Summary
We are looking for a Trainee Business Analyst – D365 F&O SCM Functional to support supply chain projects, business analysis, and system configuration activities. You will work alongside experienced consultants to understand business processes and contribute to ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in requirement gathering and business process analysis for SCM operations
- Support system configuration and mapping of business scenarios
- Participate in documentation preparation including BRD and functional specs
- Assist in testing activities and UAT coordination
- Support data migration, reporting, and integration activities
- Provide functional support and assist in user training
- Help manage change requests and maintain related documentation
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data governance policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of supply chain or business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and Dynamics 365
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
- Familiarity with ERP concepts or tools
- Exposure to process mapping or documentation
- Strong interest in SCM consulting
