Job Summary

We are looking for a Trainee Business Analyst – D365 F&O SCM Functional to support supply chain projects, business analysis, and system configuration activities. You will work alongside experienced consultants to understand business processes and contribute to ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in requirement gathering and business process analysis for SCM operations
  • Support system configuration and mapping of business scenarios
  • Participate in documentation preparation including BRD and functional specs
  • Assist in testing activities and UAT coordination
  • Support data migration, reporting, and integration activities
  • Provide functional support and assist in user training
  • Help manage change requests and maintain related documentation
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and data governance policies 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of supply chain or business operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems and Dynamics 365
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational background in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
  • Familiarity with ERP concepts or tools
  • Exposure to process mapping or documentation
  • Strong interest in SCM consulting
