Job Summary

We are hiring motivated MBA Finance freshers to join our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) consulting team. This role offers structured learning, exposure to enterprise finance workflows, and active involvement in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and process analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding and documenting finance-related business processes
• Support functional consultants in configuring D365 F&O finance modules
• Participate in requirement workshops and client discussions
• Assist with functional testing, issue tracking, and system validation
• Prepare training materials and help users understand ERP processes
• Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and solution delivery activities
• Continuously learn ERP concepts, finance workflows, and functional best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Finance (freshers welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / BBA (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• Strong understanding of finance & accounting fundamentals
• Interest in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
