Job Summary

We are looking for a Trainee Business Development professional to support sales initiatives, lead generation, and client engagement activities. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs
  • Support lead generation activities including outreach and campaigns
  • Maintain and update lead and prospect data in CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and demos
  • Support outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Follow up with leads and support conversion activities
  • Assist in client meetings, presentations, and events

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends

  • Exposure to B2B sales or IT services industry
