Job Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen DynaTech's corporate and employer brand across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
Plan and manage branding campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with content, digital marketing, sales, and HR teams to enhance corporate and employer branding.
Oversee website, social media, and marketing collateral to maintain brand consistency.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends.
Track campaign performance, brand awareness, and marketing ROI, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
9–11 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in an IT Services, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or Microsoft Partner organization
