With over 200 business units and thousands of product SKUs, the operational complexity demands precise coordination of design curation, supply, installation, maintenance, and multi-currency vendor management.

Prior to the D365 transformation, the organization relied on SAP — which had grown fragmented and inefficient for the complexity of fit-out project management. The migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&SCM, alongside a custom CPQ engine, CDS integration layer, and SecureD365 security framework, delivered a fully unified platform for quote-to-cash operations, finance compliance, and customer engagement at scale.

From a fragmented SAP environment to a fully integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem — managing 200+ business units, multi-currency BOQs, and real-time customer data across five MENA countries.
