Job Title: Senior Presales Executive – Microsoft Dynamics365

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Presales Executivespecializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business development bydesigning, positioning, and presenting tailored ERP/CRM solutions. The rolebridges client business needs with D365 capabilities, helping drive successfuldeal closures through strong solution consulting, demonstrations, and proposaldevelopment.


Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with sales teams to understand customer business requirements and objectives
    • Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with client needs
    • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions
    • Prepare high-quality RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, solution documentation, and effort estimates
    • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate feasibility and scope
    • Develop compelling value propositions and competitive positioning
    • Support pricing models, licensing discussions, and solution structuring
    • Present architecture and implementation approaches to stakeholders
    • Maintain reusable presales assets, demo environments, and documentation
    • Stay updated on D365 roadmap, features, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, or both)
    • Experience in solution design and enterprise presales processes
    • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable D365 solutions
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Experience working with cross-functional delivery and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
    • Experience with Power Platform and integrations
    • Exposure to multi-industry D365 implementations
    • Knowledge of licensing models and cloud solution architecture

Experience

    • 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or D365 functional roles

Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
