Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Presales Executive – Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support business development through solution design, product demonstrations, and presales strategy. You will work closely with sales teams to position D365 capabilities, craft compelling proposals, and drive successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and design tailored D365 solutions
- Lead demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions
- Prepare high-quality RFP/RFI responses and solution documentation
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to validate solution feasibility
- Develop value propositions and competitive positioning
- Support pricing, licensing, and effort estimation
- Maintain demo environments and presales assets
- Stay updated on D365 features, roadmap, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, or both)
- Hands-on experience in enterprise presales and solutioning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- D365 certifications
- Experience with Power Platform and integrations
- Multi-industry presales experience
- Understanding of cloud architecture and licensing models
Experience
- 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or D365 functional roles
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
