Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in target markets
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure
  • Build strong executive-level client relationships
  • Identify and develop strategic account growth opportunities
  • Position solution offerings aligned with client business objectives
  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft winning proposals
  • Lead negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Represent the organization in client engagements and industry forums
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven enterprise sales success in complex solution environments
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, ERP/CRM, or enterprise technology sales
  • Exposure to long-cycle, high-value deal management
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling

Experience

  • 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong individual performance record

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
