Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM Functional Consultant to analyze business needs, design functional solutions, and support implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to configure the system, improve processes, and ensure successful adoption aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements related to CRM processes
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet client needs
  • Translate functional requirements into system design and workflows
  • Conduct workshops, user training, and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Assist with data migration and system validation
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support
  • Recommend process improvements and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service)
  • Understanding of CRM business processes and lifecycle
  • Experience configuring workflows, forms, dashboards, and security roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders
  • Analytical problem-solving mindset
  • Documentation and training experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
  • Experience with integrations and automation tools
  • Exposure to end-to-end CRM implementation projects

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in CRM functional consulting or related roles
