Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Transformation Consultant to guide customers in adopting and maximizing Artificial Intelligence across their business operations. This customer-facing consulting role involves understanding business processes, identifying AI-driven opportunities, conducting workshops, and helping organizations build practical AI adoption strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting expertise with a passion for emerging AI technologies and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements

• Conduct discovery workshops, AI awareness sessions, and business transformation discussions

• Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with customer goals and operational priorities

• Demonstrate Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Generative AI, and AI-powered productivity solutions

• Train business users on AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and adoption best practices

• Support pre-sales engagements, solution presentations, and customer consultations

• Collaborate with technical teams to validate AI use cases and business outcomes

• Assess business value, productivity gains, and transformation opportunities through AI initiatives

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong business consulting, business analysis, and stakeholder management experience

• Experience in digital transformation, ERP consulting, functional consulting, or pre-sales roles

• Good understanding of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Generative AI, Power Platform, and automation concepts

• Ability to identify business challenges and recommend AI-enabled solutions

• Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to engage with business leaders and drive adoption initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Manufacturing, Distribution, Trading, or Services organizations

• Exposure to customer workshops, change management, and transformation programs

• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or enterprise business applications

• Experience evaluating AI use cases and measuring business impact

Experience

• 7–15 years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, ERP consulting, pre-sales, or related customer-facing roles.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
