Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst – D365 CRM Functional to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business processes are optimized and aligned with system capabilities. This role is ideal for professionals who combine functional expertise with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Map and optimize business processes, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules based on business needs
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Develop test cases, conduct functional testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides
- Support implementation activities including data migration, go-live, and post-go-live troubleshooting
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to ensure system adoption
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, data protection policies, and access governance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM functional capabilities
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process mapping
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and system requirements
- Experience in system configuration and functional testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
- Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and reporting within D365
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience conducting client workshops and training sessions
- Understanding of industry best practices in CRM and customer processes
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional roles
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
