Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst – D365 F&O SCM Functional to lead requirement gathering, process optimization, and solution design across supply chain operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective ERP solutions aligned with business goals. This role is suited for professionals who can combine strong functional expertise with stakeholder management and solution delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across SCM processes
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities
- Lead client workshops on business processes, requirements, and system design
- Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules to support supply chain operations
- Perform business and system analysis, including process mapping and gap identification
- Prepare functional design documents, system specifications, and user documentation
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely solution delivery
- Design and support data migration strategies, including validation and reconciliation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O with focus on SCM modules
- Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization
- Ability to map business processes to system capabilities and design effective solutions
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and implementation support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in project-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations
- Familiarity with integrations, reporting, and data migration strategies
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience conducting client workshops and training sessions
- Understanding of supply chain best practices and industry standards
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 F&O SCM functional roles
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
