Job Summary

We are seeking SCM Functional Business Analysts to support end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. This role involves requirement gathering, process mapping, system configuration, testing, and supporting SCM solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to gather SCM-related requirements
• Support analysis, documentation, and fit‑gap assessments
• Configure SCM modules under guidance of senior consultants
• Assist with testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
• Participate in user training and solution rollout
• Support data migration, process mapping, and project documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Systems) or B.Tech
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes
• Interest in ERP systems and digital transformation
• Analytical thinker with strong documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in consulting environments
