Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), Power Platform, and Azure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), Power Platform, and Azure solutions.

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, social selling, email campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across target industries.

  • Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and consultative discussions to position D365 solutions effectively.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions and sales collateral.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking using CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM).

  • Drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities through ongoing account management.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational information security policies and cybersecurity requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise-level deals.

  • Experience with consultative selling, lead generation, email marketing campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management and sales reporting.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (Fundamentals, Functional Consultant, etc.).

  • Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise software consulting.

  • Knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, and cloud technologies.

  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an added advantage.
