Job Summary

We are looking for a D365 F&O Technical Architect to define and lead the technical design of solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that all customizations, integrations, and extensions are designed for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in enterprise implementations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and development standards for D365 F&O implementations

   

• Design and oversee customizations, extensions, and integrations across modules

   

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs

   

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring code quality and best practices

   

• Ensure system performance, scalability, and stability across environments

   

• Design and manage integrations with external systems and third-party applications

   

• Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution governance

   

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and support

   

• Stay updated with latest D365 F&O technical capabilities and tools
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O technical development and architecture

   

• Proficiency in X++, .NET, integrations, and extension frameworks

   

• Experience with APIs, data management, and system integrations

   

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

   

• Ability to lead technical teams and manage delivery expectations

   

• Effective communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based architectures

   

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

   

• Exposure to large-scale or multi-country implementations

Experience

 8–12 years of experience in D365 technical roles with architecture exposure  

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
