Managing membership applications, insurance workflows and member services on manual processes limited how quickly applications could move and how confident staff could be in eligibility decisions. Rather than one large rollout, the platform launched across three phases (1.0, 1.1, 1.2), letting the D365 membership information management approach mature alongside member and staff feedback.
