Leveraging deep scientific expertise in fatty‑acid derivatization through alkoxylation and esterification, the company delivers high‑performance formulations that elevate end‑user applications and support innovation‑driven growth.
Despite its scale and advanced manufacturing capabilities, the organization was operating with a fragmented, partially deployed ERP landscape. Key processes remained incomplete at the CRP2 stage, creating operational friction, delayed configurations, and heavy reliance on manual workarounds. These inefficiencies disrupted production, finance, and supply chain workflows, constraining the company’s ability to scale and execute with agility.
